Dr. Gundry’s Total Body Transformation Plan: Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dr. Gundry’s Total Body Transformation Plan program (“Program”), a digital information product offered by Gundry MD, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing and using this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

AS AN EXPRESS CONDITION TO USING THIS PROGRAM, YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE PROGRAM. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM OR ANY RELATED ACTIVITIES MEANS THAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

This includes, without limitation, Gundry MD Terms and Conditions, available here: https://au.gundrymd.com/terms/ and Privacy Policy, available here: https://au.gundrymd.com/privacy/ (the “Privacy Policy”). In the event of a conflict between our other policies and terms, these Terms will govern.

2. The Program will be hosted on a third-party learning platform (the “Platform”). In addition to these Terms, your use of the Platform is also subject to the Platform’s own terms of use and privacy policy, available here: Thinkific’s Legal Center. We are not responsible for any limitations, outages, or data handling practices of the Platform and encourage you to review their policies before use.

3. The Program’s Content (the “Content”) is not a substitute for direct, personal, professional medical care and diagnosis. None of the activities, exercises or diets (including products and services) mentioned throughout the Program should be performed or otherwise used without clearance from your physician or health care provider. The information contained within the Program is not intended to provide specific physical or mental health advice, or any other advice whatsoever, for any individual or company and should not be relied upon in that regard.

4. There may be risks associated with participating in activities mentioned in the Program for people in poor health or with certain pre-existing physical or mental health conditions. 7. Participation in the Program does not require the purchase or use of any Gundry MD dietary supplements. While Gundry MD may offer or recommend nutritional products or supplements to support certain wellness goals, such products are not included in the cost of enrollment in the Program and are sold separately. Use of Gundry MD supplements is entirely optional, and program results do not depend on the purchase or consumption of any such products. Any decision to purchase supplements is the participant’s personal choice and should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

MINORS

We do not provide services or sell products to minors. If you are below the age of 18, please do not sign up for or use the Program.

ENROLLMENT

Upon enrollment, you will receive login information via email to access the Program through the Program’s page. You may view the Content on your computer, tablet, or smartphone at any time and revisit the material as often as you like. Modules will be unlocked weekly, starting from your enrollment date. Access to previously unlocked Content remains available throughout the duration of the program. 

We reserve the right to (a) change pricing for lifetime access at our sole discretion, and (b) offer special promotions or discounts, all from time to time.

LIFETIME ACCESS

Lifetime access refers to access to the Content for the lifetime of the Program itself, not the lifetime of the purchaser. This means you will retain access to the core Program materials for as long as the Program remains available and supported by Gundry MD on the designated Platform. Lifetime Access does not guarantee access to future updates, bonus content, or customer support beyond what was originally provided at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to discontinue or retire the Program at any time. In the event that the Program is moved to a different platform or delivery method, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve access, but continuity cannot be guaranteed. Lifetime access is non-transferable and intended solely for the original purchaser.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Program without refund in the event of your breach of any of these Terms.

REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATION  

If you are not satisfied with your experience, we offer a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee starting on your original date of purchase. To request a refund, submit your request to our customer support team. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions.

ACCOUNT ACCESS AND SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Unauthorized sharing of access may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund. You agree to notify us immediately in the event that you believe your account login credentials have been compromised by using the contact information below.

You surrender any rights to your Content once it becomes part of our Program or is otherwise posted on our Website or the Platform.

If you violate any of the Terms, your permission to participate in the Program automatically terminate and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Content.

You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Content only for private, personal, noncommercial reasons and purposes. You may print and download portions of material Content from the different areas of the Program solely for your own non-commercial use, provided that you agree not to change the Content from its original form and do not disseminate the Content to any third parties. Publications, products, Content or services referenced herein or on our Program are the exclusive trademarks or servicemarks of ours, our Program and/or related parties or unrelated. Other product and company names mentioned in our Program may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
