There’s nothing like settling into a plate of spicy, tangy wings while watching the big game. But let’s be honest — the sauce is usually better than the chicken!
In Dr. Gundry’s version, you can still enjoy the addictive flavor and crunch of your favorite game day treat — without the halftime stomach-ache.

How?

Researchers believe cauliflower has therapeutic abilities. You see, there are enzymes in cauliflower that give rise to the production of genes that help control the vegetable’s antioxidant response element (ARE). This grows its antioxidant power, which can help the cells in your body better withstand oxidative stress.1
Furthermore, cauliflower could be related to the reduction of the risk of chronic diseases, heart health issues, and serious illness. For starters, cauliflower is nutritive, providing several health-promoting phytochemicals, like —
And like broccoli and cabbage, cauliflower belongs to the cruciferous family of vegetables. These veggies contain vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin C, calcium, iron, phosphorus, and good fat to help fight illness.3

For the Buffalo Sauce
For the Bites
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2. First, make the buffalo sauce: combine the hot sauce, avocado oil or ghee, coconut aminos, and apple cider vinegar in a glass jar with a lid, and shake well. Refrigerate until needed.
3. Drizzle a baking sheet liberally with olive oil, or line with parchment. Set aside.
4. Toss the cauliflower, olive oil, cassava flour, and spices together in a large bowl until cauliflower is evenly coated.
5. Transfer to a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes so the cauliflower crisps on all sides.
6. Brush with the buffalo sauce, then bake an additional 10 minutes.
7. Serve with yogurt and extra buffalo sauce for dipping.
You’ll have a crunchy game-time snack that will have your family asking you to host game night, every night!
