• Your Thinkific login is different from your Gundry MD My Health Account.

You can watch the course on:

• The Download Workbook button appears on the Course Overview page

• Printable guides are included in the workbook

If you’re on mobile and don’t see the menu: Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner to open it.

Why are some lessons locked or marked “Coming Soon”?

Modules unlock weekly during your 90-day experience.

“Coming Soon” simply means:

• You completed this week’s lesson

• Your next module unlocks on the release date shown

Why are some lessons locked or marked “Coming Soon”?

Here’s the simplest workflow:

  1. Click Start Course
  2. Watch the video lesson(s)
  3. Click Complete & Continue to save progress
  4. Repeat

Your progress updates automatically and shows as:
• A percentage at the top of the menu
• Weekly circles that fill in green
• Green checkmarks next to completed videos

If progress isn’t saving, confirm you clicked Complete & Continue instead of navigating through the menu links.
“Coming Soon” simply means:

You can revisit any lesson at any time.

If you marked one complete by accident:
• Scroll below the video
• Click Mark Incomplete
• Continue where you left off

Safari users:
